Information collection and privacy protection

In particular Cathay Herbal makes every effort to comply with Information Privacy Principles 1 to 3 and 10 and 11 of the Privacy Act 1988 (a copy of the Act is available at ComLaw the legal information retrieval system owned by the Australian Attorney General's Department.

• Cathay Herbal collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Cathay Herbal account, when you use certain Cathay Herbal products or services, and when you enter promotions. Cathay Herbal may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
